This pack includes the ~meow source code from my first course where we dive into the basics of Python and Ren'Py. You'll find:

Python Folder: Contains first-script.py, a well-commented script that covers variables, loops, and conditions.

Ren'Py Folder: Inside, you'll find the game folder with a script demonstrating basic character dialogue, conditions, and loops in Ren'Py.

How to Use

Python Script: 📝✨- ˕ •マ🐍📂

Download the first-script.py file from the Python folder.
Ensure Python and a code editor like Visual Studio Code are installed on your computer.

Open a command prompt or terminal.

Navigate to the directory where you downloaded first-script.py using the cd command (example: cd path_to_your_download_directory).

Run the script by typing python first-script.py.

Ren'Py Script: 📝✨- ˕ •マ❣️📂

Download the project and locate the game folder in the Ren'Py directory.

Create a new Ren'Py project and add the game folder to the root of the project or copy the content of the provided script.rpy into your new project's script.rpy.

Launch the project from Ren'Py.
